Courtney Roundy is Cofounder and CEO of Tecton Ketones, leading commercialization of R3HBG, an advanced, bioidentical ketone. With over 30 years in consumer goods and $750M+ in revenue across multiple exits, he brings deep expertise in brand building, formulation, and retail strategy. At Tecton Ketones, he drives growth across cognition, performance, and metabolic health platforms.

Diagnosed with epilepsy in 2022, Miki discovered firsthand the power of ketones as a therapeutic tool, an experience that transformed into a mission to bring metabolic health back to the mainstream. As Cofounder and COO of Tecton Ketones, she channels that conviction into pioneering work with R-3 Hydroxybutyrate Glycerides (R3HBG), positioning ketones as a foundational support for cognition, metabolic restoration, and performance. With more than two decades of executive leadership, she has built and scaled companies to acquisition, directed multi-million-dollar retail rollouts, and navigated highly regulated markets with precision.

Mike Chesne, a retired U.S. Army Special Operations veteran, founded Tecton Research and drives research for Tecton Ketones. With a background in global healthcare reform and emergency medical supply Mike continues to drive scientific exploration while supporting veteran causes through active nonprofit leadership.

Dr. Kevin Foley is a neurosurgeon, professor, and innovator with over 180 U.S. patents—more than any neurosurgeon in history. A U.S. Army veteran, he now leads the Semmes-Murphey Clinic and serves as medical director at MERI. He’s known for pioneering minimally invasive spine surgery, image-guided navigation, and disc regeneration, and has received top honors including the AANS Cushing Award and WFNS Scoville Award.

Mike T. Nelson, CSCS, CISSN, MSME PhD, is a research fanatic who specializes in metabolic flexibility and heart rate variability, as well as an online trainer, associate professor at the Carrick Institute, presenter, creator of the Flex Diet Cert, kiteboarder, and (somewhat incongruously) heavy-metal enthusiast. He is also the co-author with Cal Dietz on "Triphasic Training II."

Alex Yakulis is a seasoned leader with over 40 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. As the founder of Retail360 Group, he has advised leading organizations in navigating the evolving CPG landscape, building strategies that drive growth both online and in-store. Alex brings his expertise and enthusiasm to the Tecton Ketones team, guiding a thoughtful and methodical launch designed to deliver the unique benefits of Tecton Ketones into the homes of consumers nationwide.
