With more than three decades of executive leadership in consumer-packaged goods, Courtney has built and sold multiple high-growth companies, generating over $750 million in cumulative revenue.

Courtney’s career spans the full lifecycle of brand building from formulation, sourcing, and regulatory navigation to national retail distribution and exit that meet both consumer demand and acquisition criteria.

At Tecton Ketones, Courtney drives strategic partnerships, operational scalability, and go-to-market execution for a suite of products focused on cognition, GLP-1 support, metabolic restoration, and elite performance.

He’s known for pioneering minimally invasive spine surgery, image-guided navigation, and disc regeneration, and has received top honors including the AANS Cushing Award and WFNS Scoville Award.
