Profile Image & Cover Photo

  • Profile Image: Always use the Tecton icon (not the full logo lockup). It should be centered, high contrast, and optimized for visibility at small sizes.

  • Cover Photo (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.): Use clean, bold imagery—preferably a branded photo or gradient background with our tagline or mission. Avoid clutter, overlays, or product collages.

  • Update seasonally or for major campaigns only.

Post Templates

To keep brand consistency across all platforms, use approved post templates that include:

  • Tecton typography (or platform-native equivalent if necessary)

  • Clean spacing and clear visual hierarchy

  • Subtle use of gradients or photography when needed

  • Optional logo placement in bottom corners (never in the center)

  • CTA buttons or prompts should be bold and clear (e.g., “Fuel Up,” “Discover the Science”)

Recommended tools: Figma for design layout, Canva for team-level access if needed.

Hashtag Guidelines

  • Use 1–3 highly relevant hashtags per post. Avoid hashtag clutter.

  • Brand hashtags: #TectonFuel, #KetonePowered, #HumanPotential

  • Contextual hashtags: #MetabolicHealth, #CognitiveClarity, #EnduranceFuel, etc.

  • Avoid gimmicky or unrelated hashtags (e.g., #instagood, #fitnessgoals)

Emoji Use

Yes—but sparingly.

  • Use emojis to support tone, not to carry the message.

  • Stick to simple, relevant symbols: 🔬 (science), ⚡ (energy), 🧠 (brain), 🏃‍♂️ (performance)

  • Avoid excessive or playful emoji strings. This is not on-brand.

  • Never use emojis in medical or clinical content.

Community Interaction Tone

Our tone in comments, replies, and DMs should always be:

  • Supportive: Encourage questions and curiosity.

  • Professional but personal: Use first names when possible. Be real and responsive.

  • Science-forward: When addressing product questions, offer facts, not hype.

  • Respectful & inclusive: We welcome diverse viewpoints. Avoid sarcasm or edgy banter.

If addressing a complaint or sensitive comment, move the conversation to DMs quickly and respectfully.
